Applying to live at the Fauntleroy Triplexes is as easy as...

Review, complete, and submit or return the Tenant Selection & Acceptance Policy.
2.
Complete, then email, fax, or mail the Tenant Screening Report authorization form.
3.
Pay the $45 application fee which includes an industry-standard background and reference check.
Your application will not be processed until we have received your completed forms and the $45 screening payment.
4.
Review the Fauntleroy Triplexes rental agreement and familiarize yourself with the expectations of living your new community.
(This is a sample agreement. A completed agreement with specific rental terms will be provided if you qualify for an available residence. There is no need to complete this form at this time.)
